About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Business One Functional Consultant to join our team in Lahore. In this role, you will lead business process mapping, module configuration, enterprise-level deployment, and operational optimization. You will ensure robust SAP B1 solutions that support enterprise-level business growth and operational efficiency through successful full-lifecycle implementations.
Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders and create comprehensive Business Blueprints (BBPs) and gap analysis reports.
- Map, configure, and fine-tune core SAP B1 modules including Financials, Sales, Purchasing, Inventory Management, Production/MRP, and CRM.
- Own and drive end-to-end full-lifecycle SAP B1 implementation cycles, system upgrades, cutover planning, and post-go-live hypercare
- Cleanse, structure, and execute precise master data migrations and transactional data uploads utilizing the Data Transfer Workbench
- Architect comprehensive User Acceptance Testing scenarios and deliver high-impact training sessions for key users and system administrators.
- Provide functional guidance, deliver detailed system documentation for mapped workflows, and ensure best-practice enterprise standards for business owners.
Requirements
- Qualifications:
- ACCA or B. Com or Masters / Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration.
- Minimum 4 to 6+ years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Business One, with a proven track record of completing at least 3 full lifecycle implementation cycles.
- Deep operational knowledge of corporate finance, general ledger rules, inventory valuation methods, and material requirements planning (MRP).
- Exceptional client-facing presence, analytical problem-solving mindset, and excellent written and verbal communication skills to bridge business needs with system logic.
- Official certification as an SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP Business One, and basic technical familiarity with SQL/HANA queries or Crystal Reports.
